About My Practice
My practice began as opportunity to stretch and strengthen, but soon I found myself enamored with the benefits of practice beyond the physical. I completed my first 200-hour training under the guidance of Laura Ahrens where I discovered the power of yoga as a holistic system for navigating the world. I've completed restorative yoga training via JP Centre Yoga and continue to enrich my practice through classes, trainings, and workshops with teachers in Boston and beyond.
Philosophy for Practice
As a teacher, I invite students to tune into the present moment and approach their practice from a place of individuality and curiosity. With a focus on the relationship of breath and movement, my classes are oriented toward process over destination.
Practicing yoga offers an opportunity to see clearer; an opportunity to look inward and cultivate self-awareness; with practice, lessons learned on the mat can be translated into daily living.
I'm currently accepting new individual, group, and workplace clients.
